Health and fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. Beginning in my younger years, I was involved in all types of sports. By the time I was a teenager, I settled into football and track. In the off-session, I joined a gym and fell in love with weight training. I enjoyed the difference it was making to my physique, so with some help from others I competed in my first bodybuilding show at sixteen years old. From that point on, I decided that helping others with their personal goals was what I was meant to do.
Through many years of education and personal experience, I’ve evolved into a guide to complete health. My philosophy is “Motion=freedom; all movement adds to the quality of your life!” As a health professional I incorporate exercise, proper nutrition, stress reduction, mental body connection, injury prevention, and rehabilitation to create a well-balanced individual.
I am a nationally certified nutrition specialist by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists, a nationally certified personal trainer by the American Council Of Exercise, and a nationally certified massage therapist specializing in muscle and tissue rehabilitation with over twenty years’ experience.

Heat tortillas, then add fish and slaw to each. Bon appetite! Delicious!
