I'm a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a BS in health promotion and wellness and a future Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. I've been training people for a little over 3 years and have owned my own gym in central Kansas since May 2013. I've competed at the amatuer level in Strongman as well as powerlifting. My amazing wife has been with me every step of the way and we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl in January of 2013. In my spare time I enjoy reading, deer hunting in the winter, and trying new recipes every chance I get. I'm always learning and furthering my education so I can be a better coach and I love being able to write programs that meet clients at their level.
