Linda was born and raised in the United Kingdom, not far from where the Beatles heralded from. She trained and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse at Liverpool University, where she spayed her own cat. She practiced animal nursing for several years.
In 1984, Linda became Financial Director of her own home improvement company in Chester, UK. She oversaw all marketing, advertising, accounting, payroll and management for 16 years. Before moving to the U.S. Linda spent four years living in Marbella, Spain.
She has spent the last nine years in finance, employed by Premier Members FCU as a Teller, Member Service Specialist and, finally, in her current position in Business Development. Linda is a recipient of the GEMS award for her excellent member service and dedication to her job. Linda loves her work as it involves meeting and helping people and also playing an active part in the community through designing and presenting financial literacy workshops. She now lives in Downtown Denver with her oversized cat. She enjoys the culture of Colorado – Art Museums, live theater, live music, restaurants and keeping fit.
