During 40 years of professional experience, The Sharons have worked with thousands of couples as relationship counselors, coaches, seminar and conference presenters, and retreat facilitators. Between them, they have written many professional articles and four books. Their latest book is Secrets of a Soulful Marriage: Creating and Sustaining a Sacred, Loving Relationship, published by SkyLight Paths, 2014. Jim and Ruth have been married 44 years, have raised three adult children, and have two young granddaughters.
