Healthy Appetizer: Scott’s Hawaiian Baguette

Hawaiian Baguette


12-inch baguette (any flavor)
Crushed garlic
Provolone cheese
1 avocado
Sea salt, to taste
1 mango

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut baguette in half lengthwise, then each half horizontally. Spread crushed garlic over each half, then toast in the oven.

Once removed, add provolone over garlic, then add prosciutto and toast for 3 minutes.

Wash and cut avocado horizontally, then layer over the prosciutto. Grind fresh sea salt over the avocado. Then, wash and cut the mango into slices and add to the top.

Impress your guests with this new healthy spring appetizer!
