Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

For those of us with a sweet tooth but also a need to feed our inner gladiator!

Prep time: 3 minutes


  • 12 oz of water
  • 2 scoops of your favorite whey protein (chocolate flavored)
  • 1 tbsp of organic peanut butter
  • 6 ice cubes

How to Make:

Pour water into your blender. Then add your favorite whey protein powder (chocolate flavored) and blend for approx 15 seconds. Next, add your organic peanut butter and blend for approx 15 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend for approx another 15 seconds. Pour into your glass and serve. It makes for a healthy and invigorating morning. Enjoy!
