Want to learn how to take a balanced approach to your health and well-being? Want to create your own ‘Zen’ moments in life?! Then join us for our first annual Healthy Living EXPO on November 4th from 10am-1pm.
We will have a variety of guest speakers talking on subjects ranging from health, fitness, proper balanced diets, body therapies, holistic approaches to well-being, beauty and much more! Six dynamic and passionate speakers sharing their tips, knowledge, and experience on total body health and wellness. This is an event you will NOT want to miss! Free food samples, giveaways and prizes. This a FREE Event. No ticket required. Dress is casual and we welcome you to wear your favorite fitness attire. We are all about fitness and health!
