Denver Real Estate Outlook

We just received the latest statistics for the third quarter from SMDRA, our local Denver CO real estate board. There aren’t any  really big surprises. The report shows the Denver metro real estate market is staying strong and we’re still seeing improvement.

There’s been improvement (since 2011) both in Average Sale Price and Days on Market in the Denver market. (According to a Case-Shiller report, Denver home values increased 10.1% in August, the largest year over year gain since August 2001.

 

Here’s the Third Quarter Q3 results: (July, August and September 2013)

2013 – $353,782
